Are you effectively using your resources?
In the fast paced world of entrepreneurship there always seems to be an endless abundance of tasks to complete. From the moment you get out of bed the amount of work that needs to be completed can appear hopeless. My aim with this post is to impart upon you some effective strategies that may help you both reduce your stress level and become more productive than ever.
I know that this first segment may seem redundant. But I want you to sit down and really question how organized you are on a day-to-day basis. We all wake up knowing the list of things we need to do for the day. But are you utilizing a task management system? This is one of the ways that I have been able to vastly increase my productivity. I use Asana. Task management platforms allows me to stay both organized and hold myself accountable for tasks rather than pushing them aside.
The Pitfalls of Tech
Is technology helping or hurting your productivity? As we all know, Technology is developed to improve our lives and make complex task simpler. Although this is true there are now more distractions than ever. Although social media is a great tool it can become a huge distraction and huge consumer of time. I find myself all the time going to Facebook as filler so that I can plug the gap of a few minutes with more content that I don’t really care about. However LinkedIn is another story. I believe that this is a great way to get industry insight and find targeted content that can help you grow professionally.
